These terms apply to this website and to bookings for a free maths skill assessment with Mathnasium Gungahlin, an independently owned and operated Mathnasium franchise. By using this site you agree to these terms. Enrolment in tutoring is covered by a separate enrolment agreement.

2. Using this website

  • Content is general information only, not advice specific to your child.
  • We try to keep information accurate, but details such as hours and availability may change.
  • Please don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
  • Mathnasium names, logos and the Mathnasium Method™ are trademarks of their owner and are used under licence. Please don’t copy site content without permission.
  • Links to third-party sites (such as maps and social media) are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

3. Free maths skill assessment bookings

  • The assessment is free and there is no obligation to enrol.
  • A parent or guardian must make the booking and be contactable during the appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another family.
  • We may occasionally need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances; we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
  • Assessment findings indicate your child’s skills on the day and are provided to help plan learning.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Every child learns differently. We do not guarantee any particular grades, test or NAPLAN results, or rate of progress.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website.
